Carlos Raldiris

Across various industries and utilizing capabilities in human resources, organizational effectiveness & development and change integration, Carlos has been helping organizations, in the US and internationally, to achieve their objectives for over two decades. Following are some of the projects on which he has worked to increase productivity, quality and individual and team performance while optimizing cost and value:

Carlos' corporate experience includes human resources and operations leadership positions in diverse industries including television, publishing, consumer goods and oil & gas. He holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology with concentrations in human resources management and organization consultation and change from Columbia University in New York.
